Admore respects the privacy of visitors to its website, in particular the rights of visitors regarding the automated processing of personal data. In the interest of full transparency with our customers, we have therefore formulated and implemented a policy regarding these processes themselves, their purpose, as well as the options available to data subjects to exercise their rights as effectively as possible.

Access to the website and its use is strictly personal. You will not use the website, nor the data and information provided on it, for commercial, political, or advertising purposes, nor for any commercial offers and in particular not for unsolicited electronic offers.

Article 3 – The content of the website

All brands, images, texts, comments, illustrations, (animated) pictures, video footage, sounds as well as all technical applications that can be used to make the website function and, more generally, all components used on the site, are legally protected by intellectual property rights. Any reproduction, repetition, use or adaptation, in any way whatsoever, of all or just a part of it, including the technical applications, without prior written permission from the responsible party, is strictly prohibited. If the administrator does not immediately take action against any infringement, this cannot be interpreted as tacit consent or a waiver of prosecution.

Article 4  - The management of the website

For proper management of the website, the administrator may at any time:

  • revoke, interrupt, or restrict access to all or part of the website for a certain category of visitors
  • remove any information that may disrupt the functioning of the website or is in violation of (inter)national legislation or internet etiquette
  • make the website temporarily unavailable in order to perform updates.
Article 5 – Responsibilities

The administrator is in no way responsible for failures, malfunctions, difficulties, or interruptions in the functioning of the website that result in the website or any of its functionalities being inaccessible. The manner in which you connect to the website is your own responsibility. You must take all appropriate measures yourself to protect your equipment and your data against, among other things, virus attacks on the internet. You are also solely responsible for the choice of websites and the data you consult on the internet.

The administrator is not liable for legal proceedings brought against you:

If the administrator becomes involved in a dispute as a result of your use of the website, he is entitled to recover all damages he suffers and will suffer as a result from you.

Article 6 – The collection of data

Your data is collected by Admore. Personal data is defined as: all information about an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable natural person is considered to be someone who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, email address, an identification number, location data, an online identifier, or one or more factors specific to the identity.

The personal data collected on the website is mainly used by the administrator to maintain relationships with you and, where applicable, to process your request for specific services.

Article 7 – Your rights regarding your data

Pursuant to Article 13(2)(b) of the GDPR, everyone has the right to access and rectify or erase their personal data, or to restrict the processing concerning them, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to data portability. You can exercise your rights by contacting us at the postal address listed under Article 1(2).

Each such request must be accompanied by a copy of a valid identity document bearing your signature and stating the address at which you can be contacted. You will receive a response to your request within one month of receipt of the submitted request. Depending on the complexity and number of requests, this period may be extended by two months if necessary.

Article 8 – Processing of your personal data

In the event of a violation of any law or regulation of which the visitor is suspected and for which the authorities require certain personal data collected by the administrator, this data will be provided to them upon an explicit and substantiated request from those authorities, after which this personal data will no longer fall under the protection of the provisions of this privacy policy.

If certain information is necessary to access specific functionalities of the website, the controller will indicate the mandatory nature of this information at the time the data is requested.

Article 9 – Commercial offers

You may receive commercial offers from the administrator. If you no longer wish to receive these, please send a message using the contact form on the website.

If you encounter any personal data while using the website, you must refrain from collecting it or from any other unauthorised use, as well as from any act that constitutes an invasion of the privacy of the person(s) concerned. The administrator is in no way responsible in the aforementioned situations.

Article 10 – Data retention period

The data collected by the website administrator is used and stored for the period specified by law.

Admore uses the following types of cookies on the website:

This allows Admore to better tailor communication and information to the needs of visitors to the website. It is not possible to see who visits the website or from which PC the visit takes place.

No rights can be derived from the images associated with the services offered on the website.

Article 13 – Applicable law

These terms and conditions are governed by Dutch law. The court in the district where the manager is established has exclusive jurisdiction in the event of any disputes regarding these terms and conditions, unless a statutory exception applies.
