For our loyal client KLM, we carry out a wide range of projects in the field of internal communication. We work for almost all business units, including the Centre of Expertise Health. They asked us to develop a positive and engaging campaign to make employees aware of the importance of vitality and a healthy lifestyle.

This is how the campaign ‘Everybody healthy?’ was created – a nod to the well-known ‘Everybody happy?’. The campaign was developed as a practical tool for managers (with coaching documents) as well as an inspiring resource for employees. Using various communication tools, we introduced the campaign and regularly highlighted new themes related to health and vitality.

In addition, we developed a digital magazine (e-zine) specifically for the annual Vitality Week. The recognisable, positive visual language and the consistent message of ‘Everybody healthy?’ have contributed to lasting awareness and improved vitality within the organisation.
